So I’m not one to complain because I know what it’s like dealing with customers, but I asked at the window if they had the new s’mores drink the lady said yes and then she was like wait let me check and then she says that it’s only through the app and I asked.. ok if I just wanted marshmallow syrup, it would be through the mobile order ma’am, she says yes and I tell her I’m gonna place a mobile order and I’ll just pull off to the side I get back in line. She hands me when I drink and she says just next time just let us know and I was confused. I was like I did let you know ma’am and she was like no let us know before you come so our time doesn’t go up which I didn’t know what she was referring to, but I was still confused that she was like does that make sense and I was like no ma’am i told you at the window I was placing a order online she goes well my manager just told me to tell you so at that point I just say OK and I ended up just leaving cause I wasn’t very sure what she meant and then I come back and I realized she didn’t even add my toppings on my drink I ended up adding my own lol overall kind of uncomfortable and the other times they kinda had a attitude

This is the second time the workers have asked me a confusing random question about my drink, and then the drink I get is bland. I ask for a Dragon Drink Energy Drink. The first time this happened, the girl asks if I want coconut milk or lemonade. Dragon Drink is the drink with coconut milk. But whatever, I confirm coconut. I swear to God I get what looks to be slightly pink coconut milk. Then I go again today, ask for the same thing. Dragon Drink Energy Drink. Not Dragon Drink, Dragon Drink Energy Drink. The guy asks me "You want extra energy?" And honestly, what would you think? You'd think he's adding even more energy drink on top of the energy drink there. So I say "No, just the regular amount of energy is fine." He changes the order to Dragon Drink. So I say "No, I want the energy drink." And he has the nerve to go "The regular Dragon Drink has energy in it, that's why I asked if you wanted extra." Guess what? PINK MILK YET AGAIN.

I've been a Starbucks regular for years, and lately it just feels like the quality has slipped a little. The drinks are still decent, my caramel macchiato was tastly, but the portion felt smaller than I remember was nice, good music, comfy seats. Just wish the value matched the cost a bit better.

Not all Starbucks make matcha the same, but this location is always consistent. My matcha is always smooth and creamy (not bitter at all), even without the classic syrup. You can tell they really take care in how they make their drinks. This is definitely my favorite Starbucks!

I absolutely love going to Starbucks. I always use the drive thru and the service is consistently amazing. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and I love that they already know my order when I pull up it makes the experience feel so personal. It’s always quick, easy and just a great way to start my day. Highly recommend! ☕✨
